Culinary workshop: Kimchi with vegan cabbage and Korean dumplings with kimchi
Kimchi is a staple of the age-old art of fermentation in Korea and it is one of the most popular Korean specialties in the world! Vegan kimchi preparation workshop and Korean kimchi dumplings hosted by a Korean monk on March 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Hello everyone, on the occasion of the Korean New Year we offer you a new workshop around kimchi from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. We will prepare vegan cabbage kimchi and Korean kimchi dumplings (mandu) together with a Korean monk and you can take your own kimchi home with you!
For this event we offer two types of tickets :
- The classic ticket for the kimchi workshop
- The ticket + for the kimchi workshop where you will be provided with a two-liter jar to put your kimchi in
The + ticket corresponds to the price of the workshop and a jar at a 10% discount! see the jar.
Provide a container of at least 1.5 L capacity, suitable for fermentation to take your kimchi for the classic ticket.
Places for the courses are limited to 8 people. You will be asked to present your health pass before starting the workshop, please show up 5 minutes in advance.
