Hello everyone, following your enthusiasm for our workshops, we are offering you a new We will and you can leave with your own kimchi at home! workshop around kimchi from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.prepare 2 types of summer kimchi together and taste kimchi cakes (kimchijeon)The workshop recipes are available in vegan versions.
The 2 types of kimchi are: radish kimchi (kkakdugi) and cucumber kimchi (Oi Sobagi).
Provide 2 containers of at least 0.8 L capacity, suitable for fermentation to carry your kimchis.
