Kimchi is a staple of the age-old art of fermentation in Korea and it is one of the most popular Korean specialties in the world! Spring kimchi preparation workshop (vegan version possible): Rapeseed kimchi and watery kimchi (cabbage, radish, etc.) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Hello everyone, following your enthusiasm for our workshops, we are offering you a new workshop around kimchi from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We will prepare together 2 types of kimchi and kimchi pancakes (kimchijeon) and you can leave with your own kimchi and pancakes at home! The workshop recipes are available in vegan versions.
The 2 types of kimchi are: rapeseed kimchi (yuchae kimchi) and watery kimchi (nabak kimchi).
Provide 2 containers of at least 1 L capacity, including one that closes well for watery kimchi, suitable for fermentation to take your kimchis with you.
For this event we offer two types of tickets :
- The classic ticket for the kimchi workshop
- The ticket + for the kimchi workshop where you will be provided with a two-liter jar to put your kimchi in
The + ticket corresponds to the price of the workshop and a jar at a 10% discount! see the jar.
Places for the courses are limited to 8 people.
