Culinary workshop: Flavors of the Korean sea, bibimguksu and kimbap (Korean maki)
Bibimguksu is a Korean dish made with noodles and other various ingredients. Kimbaps are the favorite snack/dish of Koreans! It's a picnic must-have, loved for its versatility. Korean Seafood Workshop from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Hello everyone, following your enthusiasm for our workshops, we are offering you a new workshop around the flavors of the Korean sea from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We will prepare together a bibimguksu (noodles with seaweed) kimbap (Korean maki) , you can leave with your creations (2 rolls of kimbap and a bibimguksu), seaweed sheets and a packet more seaweed noodles to repeat the experience at home! The workshop recipes are available in vegan versions.
To compose the kimbaps the available ingredients will be the following : Kimchi, carrot, cucumber, yellow radish (danmuji), spinach, salad, omelette, canned tuna, sausages, surimi.
For this event we offer a type of ticket :
- The classic ticket for the flavors of the sea workshop, a tray will be provided to take your bibimguksu and your kimbaps.
The classic ticket includes a pack of 10 sheets for kimbap and a pack of 160g dashima seaweed noodles.
Places for the courses are limited to 8 people. You will be asked to present your health pass before starting the workshop, please show up 5 minutes in advance.
