It is a great honor for us to receive Master Park Kwanghee, elected best worker in South Korea in fermentation, since 2003 she has owned a brand of kimchi whose history and taste of natural ingredients she wishes to transmit through the method traditional fermentation.

His farm, located in Pyeongchang, Ganwon-do province at 700 meters above sea level enjoys the optimal conditions for the traditional fermentation of living organisms due to the coexistence between high and low pressures.

Each year, she produces there with her son, more than 4 tons of kimchi made entirely by hand. She dries her spices herself to create new kinds of high-quality kimchi made from wild or naturally grown plants. She has already developed more than 70 varieties of kimchi and one of her most famous recipes is dandelion kimchi, which is now sold all over the world!

She will share her knowledge of fermentation with you, and tell you her story.

  • December 7, 2021: Meeting with Ms. Park Kwanghee, master of kimchi for a preparation of traditional kimchi 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. 

Ms. Park Kwanghee will accompany you in making the kimchi. You will then leave with your achievements!

Do not hesitate to reserve your places! The demonstrations will be done in small groups, no more than 8 people for a more intimate experience. Mrs. Park Kwanghee does not speak French, so she will be accompanied by a translator for the demonstration.

The entrance tickets to the event being dated, neither exchangeable nor refundable, it is therefore advisable to check that your health pass complies with the verification conditions, before finalizing your order.
