Highlighting the Origins of Flavor - A History of Taste through Traditional Fermentation "Taste conniving with nature" has been the slogan of kimchi brand Kwang Hee PARK since 2003.

Under this slogan, around 50 recipes for fermented dishes, including kimchi, have been developed to reveal the true taste of natural ingredients from the Gangwondo region and convey “the story of taste through traditional fermentation”. Park Kwang-Hee Kimchi is located in PyeongChang, Gangwon-do province at 700 meters above sea level, an ideal place for the development of living organisms due to the coexistence of high and low pressure.
