Having a light color, Kisoondo Premium Soy Sauce - 1 year old is the result of a fermentation of less than a year . This product is alive and filled with probiotics , so it is not recommended to boil it to get the most of its benefits.
 
 It is a very concentrated sauce because there are only primary ingredients (purified water, salt, soybeans ). For use, it is desirable to dilute it or use it in a small amount .
 
During use, care must be taken to use clean utensils in contact with the bottle so as not to produce any bacteria.
